As a holistic nutritionist and yoga teacher, I work to support you achieving your health goals. Drawing on the healing potential of foods, herbs, and therapeutic supplementation, it is my goal to help every client find a balance that leaves them vibrant, nourished and inspired. In my work I explore the relationship between our minds and bodies, our personal health and the health of our planet.
