We all know that vinegar is a great natural cleaning ingredient, but let's face it, many of us can't stand the way it smells (or maybe we live with someone who does!). Infusing your vinegar is such a simple step, but a complete game-changer. There's lots of options, even leftover kitchen scraps (citrus peels and stems of herbs are fantastic), but my all-time favourite is lavender buds. Not only the scent of lavender infuses but also its colour, turning your vinegar a lovely shade of pink. Time to ditch the toxic blue brand and get pretty in pink!
