DIY After-Sun Spray Recipe

It happens to the best of us - too much sun! Whether you have a burn or whether you just need to cool down, look no further than this simple spray!

A blend of chamomile tea and aloe vera to nourish your skin and help heal burns, witch hazel to reduce redness, inflammation and pain and rose water to cool and soothe. It will relieve sunburn pain and reduce the time it takes the skin to heal.

My favourite way to use it though is as a refresher. After a hot day or a sweaty bike ride, I love coming in the door and spritzing on the chilled spray!
