Best rainy day breakfast. . .

Woke up to another rainy day, the kind that make you want to stay underyour duvet until bed-time.  Luckily the thought of breakfast got me up. Not just any breakfast, but my favourite cold rainy day breakfast- oatmeal.

That might not sound super glamourous, but trust me, it was delicious and set me right for the rest of the day.  Oats not only promote heart health with their cholesterol lowering effect but they also help to balance blood sugar levels and starting your day with oats can keep your blood sugar balance under control for the whole day!
