Learn how to ferment your condiments in this hands-on workshop! Just in time for peak picnic and BBQ season!

Making your own condiments is easy and fermenting them is even better! By fermenting your condiments you add better flavour and increase the digestibility and nutritional value. Our condiments are rich in healthy probiotic bacteria and we add a variety of spices to benefit digestive and immune health.

We'll make 3 fermented condiments together - ketchup, mustard and hot sauce - you'll take home jars of each one, plus a booklet packed full of nutritional information and extra recipes!
