I can’t recommend this detox enough! It was fun and easy to follow. It significantly increased my energy level - and the weight loss was an added bonus!! I found the Detox program to be very informative and beneficial. I was surprised that the recipes are so yummy and nutritious. I actually had fun cooking (which has not always been the case). Both my husband and daughter love the new dishes. They both agree that we should be eating ‘detox’ every day. Aside from not feeling tired at all around my busy work schedule, my body actually felt satisfied and had no desire for junk food (which is amazing)! I had thought that eating these nutritious foods would certainly put a few pounds on my belly and, to my surprise, I ended up weighing a few pounds less by the end of the 3 weeks detox. I did the Spring detox at a time when, after the most brutal winter, I was feeling constantly run down. My immune system was sputtering and I felt like I needed to renew and have a fresh start. The clear explanations, insights, passion and knowledge were so inspiring. With the meal plans I found I was not only eating delicious food throughout, but almost immediately started to feel great. Having the plan all laid out for me, along with the group support, made detoxing much more manageable and enjoyable. After the first week or so I had so much energy, and I could feel the mental fog that I’d grown accustomed to lifting. By working through the detox I learned to enjoy cooking again. I also learned some new habits that I’ve enjoyed maintaining beyond the detox — not only cooking from scratch, but also fermenting foods to keep my digestion going healthy and strong. Kathrin and Lara were also very generous with their knowledge and enthusiasm. I appreciated the email support throughout the cleanse, as it wasn’t always easy, and it is helpful to hear heartfelt words of encouragement and detox wisdom.
