Learn how to make your own fermented vegetables at home. From tasty krauts and kimchi to fermented brines like 'real' dill pickles and spicy green beans, there are endless ways to create healthy ferments at home that the whole family will love.   

You'll learn how to ferment safely and how to properly store ferments. We'll also discuss the health benefits, how they compare to probiotic supplements and how best to integrate them into your diet. 

You'll leave with 2 jars of veggies to take home and a booklet with instructions and our favourites recipes.
