With the meal plans I found I was not only eating delicious food throughout, but almost immediately started to feel great. Having the plan all laid out for me, along with the group support, made detoxing much more manageable and enjoyable. After the first week or so I had so much energy, and I could feel the mental fog that I’d grown accustomed to lifting. By working through the detox I cleared away some of my worst habits (such as eating out, making poor food choices, and eating in a hurry) and learned to enjoy cooking again. I also learned some new habits that I’ve enjoyed maintaining beyond the detox — not only cooking from scratch, but also fermenting foods to keep my digestion going healthy and strong.
