Take your fermentation to the next level! In this hands-on class, we'll ferment whole leaves (amazing for preserving herbs), pastes (garlic and turmeric are our favourites) and preserve citrus fruits. These techniques are a wonderful way to increase the nutrient value of foods, preserve the harvest and elevate the flavour of dishes. Students will make and take home jars of each ferment made in class.
