Homemade kombucha is significantly cheaper and healthier than store-bought and you’ll learn the best techniques for making the tastiest and fizziest brews. Ginger beer ferments two ingredients -- ginger and sugar -- into a "ginger bug" that you can use as a base to make incredible sodas. Shrubs are drinking vinegars infused and fermented with other herbs and spices to create healthy beverages that benefit digestion and keep colds away.
You'll take home a kombucha kit (scoby and starter liquid), a ginger bug, AND a drinking vinegar you'll infuse during the class.
